McCrossin Foundations continues to be strong in every direction. Amanda Schumacher has joined our team as Northeast & Mid-Atlantic Sales Manager with the goal of increasing brand exposure and market share to build on the quality work already accomplished in those geographies. Her focus will include targeting both public and private work from upstate New York down to Virginia including Central and Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Amanda’s role will include implementing a diverse array of business development initiatives with area managers including client relations, teaming formation, events management, research and analysis and marketing communication projects comprised of pursuits and presentation development to further strengthen McCrossin Foundation’s brand within strategic growth areas.

The majority of Amanda’s eleven-year career in the A/E/C industry has been spent developing relationships within the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic area. Her experience started in marketing at New Jersey-based firm Medina Consultants, expanded to a vital business development role in building the local Northeast presence for internationally recognized T.Y. Lin International, and most recently included serving as Vice President and Director of Corporate Development for Urban Engineers in Philadelphia. She also serves as Public Relations committee chair for the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) Nationally, on the local board of the ASHE East Penn section, and is an active member of industry organizations such as WTS, SMPS, Women on Walnut and ACEC. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from LaSalle University and has also completed classes in Construction Management at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).
Amanda lives in the Lehigh Valley, PA and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, working out, and loves a good movie. Amanda hopes one day to complete her bucket list of visiting every location in the Beach Boys’ song Kokomo (she’s got 4 destinations left!).
