Jim Pease, P.E., Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager for McCrossin Foundations in Hershey, PA, is proud to be one of the primary organizers of the 28th Central Pennsylvania Geotechnical Conference with his fellow McCrossin colleague, Casey Grzybowski. The yearly conference invites the best of the region’s speakers and professionals to lecture on pertinent technical and specialized drilling techniques affecting the industry presently, or in the near future.

The registration desk opens on November 4th at 3:00pm, with the first informational session taking place at 4:00pm. Attendees are invited to stay at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center. Topics that will be covered include new stabilization techniques, recycled materials and the introduction of glass for aggregate components and foundational applications, court rulings on floodwalls for Hurricane Katrina, and the evolution of geotechnical technology. The impressive roster of speakers includes Ph.D’s, engineers, and consultants from around the United States, consulting agencies, construction firms, and nationally-ranked universities.

Pease will join his team at corner booth D1 reserved for the McCrossin Foundations exhibit. Attendees and visitors are encouraged to stop by and ask questions about the Foundation team’s newest regional offices, extended list of capabilities, and to view impressive, new drone footage at one of their recent sites.
