The Wounded Warrior Project received a nice surprise out of central Pennsylvania on September 21st, when $105,000 was sent their way by Endurance Organization in partnership with McCrossin and Best Line Equipment.
McCrossin President and Endurance Board Member, Joe Leahey, stressed that those in need would be receiving their deserved share of the proceeds. “We are especially excited about supporting the PA Wounded Warrior organization because we know that $0.96 of every $1.00 donated goes directly to soldiers and their families.” 180 shooters from throughout Pennsylvania participated in a 50 sporting clay shoot, raffles for crossbows and firearms, and networked with others in the industry for a great cause.
Opportunities to give back to the regions in which they work is a priority for the McCrossin Foundations team, and as the operation expands throughout a greater territory, their plan is to participate in even more philanthropic efforts. It has paid off thus far: this year’s fundraising clay shoot produced a phenomenal increase over last year’s $40,000, and the McCrossin Foundations’ team is happy to have contributed to their community and the lives of those who proudly served this country.
