Matthew Pauvlinch
Matt has worked for McCrossin Foundations for 8 years, and now serves as the Senior Manager. From getting his hands dirty on complicated projects in the field as a Project Engineer to solving complex issues in the field and office as a Senior Manager, Matt’s experience, motivation and determination has provided him with the necessary skill-set to take on this role with confidence. One of Matt’s strengths is his communication skills between the field staff, our clients, and Owners which will take him far in his new role. A highlight of Matt’s working career thus far was Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper Quad Building which redefined a section of Forbes Avenue in the city of Pittsburgh. Working with a first rate General Contractor while being surrounded by the beauty of the city are what makes this project Matt’s favorite. Matt enjoys working at McCrossin Foundations because of the “first class people who really care about one another”. As he continues his work at McCrossin Foundations, Matt sees his biggest challenge in his new role to be “further securing McCrossin Foundations’ place as a first rate, reputable contractor in the ever-evolving construction industry.”
After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Civil Engineering in 2006, Matt has not lost his love for the “Happy Valley”. An avid Penn State football fan, Matt enjoys nothing more than showing his blue and white Nittany Lion pride amongst an office filled with Pittsburgh Panthers.
Outside the office, Matt can be found improving his golf game and spending time with his wife, Kate and daughter, Violet. A bucket list item is to one day play a round of golf at Pebble Beach Golf Links in Pebble Beach, CA.
